Login tips and password guidelines
  • UserIDs must not contain leading, intermediate or trailing spaces
  • PINs must nott contain leading, intermediate or trailing spaces
  • PINs must not contain letters or symbols
  • PINs must be 4 numbers long.

    Why did I receive an error that said my login attempt was not successful?
    Several actions can generate this message:
  • Entering an incorrect UserID
  • Entering an incorrect PIN
  • Your account may be locked or disabled
  •  
    How would my account get locked?
    Three unsuccessful attempts to log with an incorrect PIN will lock your account. If you have tried three times unsuccessfully, please contact Impala Support @ 877-433-2619.
     
    Why did I get an error that said �Page not found or not accessible�?
    You received this error because the URL you were trying to view is not accessible or not a valid URL. If you were in the middle of a transaction, please let us know so we can fix the problem. If you received it on the first try, try Impala login page using http://impala.pfizer.com .. If you need further any assistance, please contact Impala Support @ 877-433-2619.
     
    When setting a new PIN, Impala keeps telling me that I have already used this PIN, but I have never used this pin before.
    This generic error occurs when you have ever used a PIN previously, or when there are letters or symbols in your PIN. PINs may only be numbers. Please check to be sure that you are only using numbers, and try again. If you still do not succeed, please contact Impala Support @ 877-433-2619.
